Shri Mohan Lal Rathi is an MSC in Physics- Solid State from Nagpur University. Mr. Rathi was a young talented and very agile personality in the late 80’s when came to Durg, Chhattisgarh to set up his business establishments especially in the electrical fields. He was then well supported by his elder brother and all the family members in setting up one-of-a-kind manufacturing unit in Chhattisgarh. His dream became true, when he was handed over an Ancillary status for manufacturing and supply of Enamelled Round Copper wire in the year 1988 by then the Managing Director of SAIL-Bhilai Steel Plant, Bhilai.

It is because of his hard and calibrated thought that has brought this company at this place with distinction. Today Bhilai Conductors, under its expansion and diversification programme has set up two more units situated in Maharashtra by the name of Maharashtra Magnet Wires (P) Ltd. and Classique Insulated Conductors (P) Ltd., at Nashik for manufacturing Enamelled Copper Winding wire with some specialisation in process standards. Keeping his determination and same tempo like it was, all these companies are progressing and encompassing with big brand of its kind in the industries.
