Classique Brand Enamelled Round Copper wire conforming to IS:13730-3/2012 is manufactured based on “ TEREPHATALATE” Polyester synthetic resin with high heat resistant, recommended for class-F (155 Deg. Centigrade) conditions because of excellent Mechanical & Die- Electric properties even under certain critical conditions.

APPLICATION

This specific type of wire can be used in small machines, rotating equipments, small rating armatures, low power hand tools & all equipments of 155 degree thermal class referral to F class.

The enamel used in manufacturing of this kind of a wire on the basis of EASTER & AMIDE group of Synthetic resin as base coat and Polyamide Imide as Top coat. It has a combination of Twin sharing enamel with 60:40 that improves resistance against abrasion, Solvents & Refrigerants, High burnout ratio with excellent high speed wind ability. It gives high Die die-electric values in the range between 200 and 220 deg. Centigrade THERMAL RATING- Class-H+ (200 Deg Centigrade.).

Classique Brand Self Solderable Enamelled Round Copper wire conforming to IS:13730-20/2001. The enamel used in manufacturing of this kind of a wire is Polyurethane resin. In addition to having all properties of this class TI 155 of insulation, it can be self Solderable without stripping of insulation. The enamel film acts like as flux.

These wires are extensively used on Electronic equipments. These wires can also be used in winding machines. Since the enamel acts like flux, these wires are also known as SELF FLUXING. THERMAL RATING- Class- TI (155 Deg Centigrade.). Solderability test is being done at 390 Deg centrigrade so that it can be soldered in 2 seconds without having any pin hole and residual enamel.
